Sen Viet Vegan is a family-run Vietnamese restaurant in Shoreditch dedicated entirely to plant-based cuisine. Since turning 100% vegan in April 2022, the team has carefully crafted traditional Vietnamese dishes using quality ingredients whilst staying true to authentic flavours. The menu showcases classics like pho, bún riêu, and bánh xèo, all made with carefully selected plant proteins and fresh vegetables that bring out the tastes of Vietnam.
